About Us

Admincontrol is a Norwegian based company providing Board Portals and Virtual Data Rooms to Norwegian and International organizations. Admincontrol was founded in 2005 and currently employs 7 people. The Board Portal was launched ultimo 2007, and the Virtual Data Room medio 2008. The customer base is growing rapidly with currently more than 30 customers. The company, owned by employees and board members, is situated in award-winning premises at Dronningens gate 3 in Christiania Qvartalet in Oslo.


Board work has traditionally been limited to quarterly in-person meetings, but that is rapidly becoming a thing of the past. The pace of board work has quickened, regulatory scrutiny has increased and in a global market, directors are geographically dispersed. When performing board work professional organizations want to share information electronically in a secure and easy way, with online internet-based access.

Both products are delivered via the web as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions, and is adaptable to individual customers by user groups/roles, access level and folder structure for the information.
